Effective date: 2026-06-19 · Last updated: 2026-06-19

1. Scope

This notice describes how Okari Systems (operating brand of the Biz Dev App platform) handles personal data collected through okarigx.com and the Okari GX platform.

2. What we collect

3. How we use it

4. Legal bases (EU / UK)

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate contractual protections (e.g., email infrastructure, ledger hosting); (b) affiliated brands within the Biz Dev App platform where reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry; (c) law enforcement or regulators when legally required.

6. International transfers

Okari Systems is headquartered in the United States with regional teams in Ghana and Nigeria. Personal data may be transferred between these locations under appropriate safeguards. For deployments inside a sovereign-node host country, personal data stays inside that country's ledger boundary by default.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Inquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months unless an active engagement extends that period.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing bill@bdsrvs.com. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including transport encryption, least-privilege access controls and a post-quantum signature scheme on the platform's custody ledger. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a personal-data breach where required by law.

10. Contact
